I am an Attorney at Law from Ukraine practicing in the family and fertility law field since 2010. My specific practice and dedication is legal support of international surrogacy programs.

Gathering an extensive knowledge of fertility legislation and practice in Ukraine, I am happy to create legal documents that must be in place before medical procedures can begin, securing rights and obligations of all parties involved, and to take the Intended Parents through the steps required to pass surrogacy exit process as well as acquire full parental rights in their home country.

To achieve best results for my clients, I have built up a team of experienced lawyers and translators, as well as closely cooperate with local Ukrainian authorities, including Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, State Migration Service of Ukraine, local Registry Offices, notaries, courts etc.

On the other hand, I am proud to have partnership relations with experts in the reproductive technology field of more than 20 legal systems worldwide, in order to procure travel documents for newborns in most efficient and expedient way!

Each year we successfully complete roughly 100 exit processes, which enable happy Intended Parents from different parts of the world to bring their new babies home!
